Well Slayer according to some websites the life of plasmas are the same as LCDs now. Still aren't sure which one we are getting though.

It's not really the make, more the fact that it's small and is actually better than my full-size laptop. Twice as fast, half as big, battery life is 18 times longer? Camera on the thing and I even play better on smaller screens so it's beneficial to some games like FPS games!

Well, as far as I am aware the best "stats" you can get are:

1GB RAM
1.6GHz
120GB Storage
Windows XP (Woohoo!)
Ability to use with 2 screens (my TV would actually connect)
Built in webcam
3 USB slots
Built in wireless

I don't think you can get an internal CD though. I can always get an external one though.

Also, my dad's guitar is FUBAR'd according to my mate. Looks like I'm going to have to sort something out and get a brand new one.

Time to buy some new sneakers, my old Adidas are starting to fall apart. Im leaning towards getting these skateboarding shoes I've been looking at. I just like the unique designs on skateboarding shoes and I have been jaded by all the stuff in Footlocker.

Started a new semester today and still waiting if I should waste money on my textbooks. 1 of my prof alrdy said that he will try to put up the online version of the textbook for his class. That should save me $100.

I need new shoes too. But there is nothing I wanted, I could get those new Jordans (retail at $119 to $149) but it's too much money to spend right now. Might go with Adidas or other brands.

New shoes... I think the most expensive shoes I have ever got were 65 bucks and that was for basketball. We all had to get them. Otherwise I think the most expensive ones I have got were maybe 45.

I have a nice pair of Timberland boots that were suppose to be around 100-120 but my dad got them for like 40 maybe, huge blowout sales rock.

Well we get our TV tomorrow. Dad settled on the Samsung LCD 46 inch TV. Picking it up tomorrow and setting it probably Saturday night when I get a chance to get home.

A VGA cord you mean? I have one that is 6 feet long, so about 1.8 meters or so. Got it off ebay for fairly cheap. A site a friend showed me also has them.
